Orders

You choose your print and pay through Shopify's checkout. You send your data either before you pay or afterwards, from the private link in your confirmation email. We draw your print and send you your first look within two working days of having both your order and your data. Nothing is printed until you approve your first look.

Your first look

One round of changes is included: colour, size, the words, or which days go on it. If we do not hear from you within three days of sending your first look we take that as approval and print it, so that an order placed before Christmas still arrives.

Cancelling and refunds

Cancel at any time before you approve your first look and we refund you in full. After that the print is being made specifically for you, so it cannot be cancelled or returned for a change of mind. That is the usual position for personalised goods under UK consumer law, and it does not affect your rights if something is wrong with it.

If something is wrong

If a print arrives damaged, or differs from the first look you approved, tell us within thirty days and we reprint it at no cost. Send a photograph if you can, and do not send the damaged one back unless we ask.

Data we cannot draw

Sometimes a file is too broken, or a place too thinly mapped, to make a print worth hanging. If that happens we tell you and refund you in full rather than print it anyway.

Delivery

Five to seven working days in the UK and seven to twelve elsewhere, counted from when you approve your first look. Your order is printed in the country it is going to wherever possible, so most orders never cross a border. Delivery is free to the UK, the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

The artwork

The print is yours, for yourself and as a gift. The map underneath it comes from OpenStreetMap and is used under the Open Database Licence, credited in the footer of this site and with your order. We keep the right to show anonymised example prints of our own data, never yours, unless you tell us we may.
