The bike course reads largest, with the swim at the start and the run along its roads, all from the one file.
The course around it
The lake or the sea, the roads of the bike leg and the streets of the run, named as they are on the day.
Your finish
The race name, your finish time and the distance on a finisher's medal.

My watch recorded it as one multisport activity. Is that fine?
Yes. Send the one file. On a long course the bike leg is the one you see most; the swim and run sit inside it.
Does it work for a sprint or Olympic distance?
Yes. Any triathlon your watch recorded, from a local sprint to a full Ironman.
Can you add my transition times?
We only print what your file or you give us. If you want splits on it, tell us what they were when you order.
