The shoreline, beaches, piers and depth lines, drawn like a sea chart rather than a road map.
Your line across it
Your swim from the start to the finish, with the points you set off from and came ashore.
Where you swam
The sea or lake named in italic, as on a chart, and the town on the shore.

Good questions
Does my watch record GPS in the water?
Most sports watches do in open water mode. The line can wobble a little in the water, and we check every file by hand before it prints.
Can I get a print of a pool swim?
No. A pool swim has no GPS route, so there's no map to draw.
What about surfing, kayaking, paddleboarding, sailing or rowing?
Yes. Each is drawn in the same chart style as a swim: the water in fine waterlines, the shore around it, and your line across it.
