Good questions

What if I don't have their file?

Choose Send later. Your order email has a private link to forward or print inside a card, and they send their route when they're ready.

Will it arrive before Christmas?

In the UK, your first look comes within two working days of them sending the route, then five to seven working days for printing and delivery.

Who sees the first look?

You do, so the surprise holds. One round of changes is free.
