What a sailing print shows

A chart of the coast

The coastline, harbours, headlands and depth lines, drawn like a sea chart rather than a road map.

Your track across it

Every tack and gybe your plotter recorded, from leaving the berth to tying up.

The harbours named

Where you set off and where you made landfall, in the style of a chart.

The Solent print is an example, two laps off Cowes. Yours is drawn from your own track.

Works with Navionics, Garmin chart plotters, B&G, Raymarine, SailGrib, Strava, or any plotter or app that exports GPX.

Good questions

Can I send a track from my chart plotter?

Yes. Most plotters and Navionics export GPX. Send the file, or a few if the passage was in legs.

Will a long passage fit?

Yes. The chart scales to the track, so a crossing fits as well as a day sail.

Can it show a regatta?

If your plotter or phone recorded the race, we can draw it. Tell us the race name for the print.
