Good questions
Can you put my chip time on it?
Yes. Type it in when you design it, and it goes on the medal and the stats. We never guess a time.
I recorded it on a different app. Does that matter?
No. Almost every running app exports a GPX file, and Strava links work too. We draw your own line, so it needs to come from something you recorded.
Does it work for a parkrun or a trail race?
Yes. Any run your watch recorded, on the road or off it.
