Delivery

Free delivery

Delivery is free to the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. We cannot deliver anywhere else yet.

How long it takes

Every print is made after you approve your first look (or 31 days after it with no reply, as our terms explain), so delivery is counted from your approval, not from your order. How long it takes depends on the country and on whether your print is framed.

We deliver within 30 days of your approving your first look, and most orders arrive well before that. If we find we cannot meet that, we tell you straight away with a new date, and you can cancel for a full refund instead.

Your shipping email gives you the tracking link and the expected delivery date.

Ordering for Christmas? Once our first deliveries to each country have arrived, we show the last order date for Christmas on the site. Whenever you order, press Ship my print as soon as your first look arrives.

Where your print is made

Wherever possible your print is made in the country it is going to, so most orders never cross a border and there are no customs charges. If a print does have to come from another country and a charge is due on delivery, tell us and we will refund it.

Tracking

We email you a tracking link when your print is on its way.

Lost or damaged on the way

If your print arrives damaged, or has not arrived within the time above, tell us at hello@custommapprint.com. We reprint it or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Wrong address

Please check your address at checkout. If a print comes back because of an address mistake, we can send it again. If it is lost because of a wrong address, we will help, but may need to charge the cost of a reprint.
