How Big Sky fits together
Big Sky is built around Lone Peak, a pyramid you can see from almost every run, with a tram to its summit. Andesite Mountain sits in front of it, and Moonlight Basin, one resort with Big Sky since 2013, wraps round the far side.
Mountain Village is the base. From there the terrain runs from long groomers on Andesite to the steep, exposed lines off the top of Lone Peak.
